28 sts and 40 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Broken Ribbing, after blocking. 28 sts and 44 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Back of Hand Chart, after blocking.


1 set US 1 (2.25 mm) DPNs

1 – 16” or 24” (40 or 60 cm) US 1 (2.25 mm) circular.

Check your gauge and adjust needle size accordingly if necessary.


Small darning needle, 2.5 mm or 3 mm crochet hook, Kelbourne Woolens leather tag.


12.5” length, 8.5” circumference, after blocking and join.


Working knit/purl and slipped stitches from a chart, increasing and decreasing, simple crochet.
