What’s better than a free hat pattern? 12 more free hat patterns! Our popular Year of Hats is back, featuring Germantown DK. March's design is Juliet by Chinua “Chin” Matthews. This lovely beret is worked from the top down in an intricate cable and lace pattern. Integrated increases form the shape, and a slipped stitch folded ribbing provides structure at the brim. Fully charted, the cables and lace are not too difficult and keep the project engaging!

Kate and Courtney met while working in a local yarn store in Philadelphia, PA; Courtney was a new mom and Kate was in her final year of grad school. Together they founded Kelbourne Woolens at Kate's kitchen table, and have been working side by side ever since.
