Introducing: The Summer Sweater

Our second pattern from the Season of Sweaters is a knit tee in our lightweight summer yarn, Mojave. A crisp and cool blend of cotton and linen, the Summer Sweater is as fun to knit as it is to wear. Courtney had so much fun designing this one! With breezy lace sleeves and a soft V-neck shape, Courtney the design is loosely based on Elizabeth Zimmermann’s popular Hurry-Up-Last-Minute Sweater (aka the December Sweater) from Knitter’s Almanac, but with summer fun in mind. This lightweight summer t-shirt is worked in the round from the top-down, so you can choose to go cropped or knit it longer for more coverage. We hope you have as much fun wearing it as Courtney did designing it! Specifications YARN Mojave: smoke gray 046; 4 (4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7) skeins.
