Introducing Palms and Saguaro from the KW Crochet Collection!

Over the last two weeks we released the first four pieces in our six piece KW Crochet Collection, Sub Rosa, Summer Sunset, Succulent, and Canyon. Today we’re unveiling the last two pieces of our desert-inspired, laid back designs, Palms by Padma R and Saguaro by Natasha Robarge!

The final pieces include another first for us, Tunisian crochet!

Palms by Padma R

Palms is worked in a simple Tunisian crochet stitch, which creates a breezy modern fabric we love. If you’ve never worked Tunisian crochet before, it is deceptively simple and mimics knitting in both technique and look. This versatile stole is the perfect project to dip a toe in the world of Tunisian crochet. Our Mojave in turquoise keeps this stole lightweight, drapey, and tropical, but chose a different color to make it a a year-round anytime accessory!

Saguaro by Natasha Robarge

Saguaro is our tour-de-force piece in this collection; the stripes combined with the elegantly placed bow stitch makes for a groovy, throwback sweater in all the right ways. Worked in the round from the bottom up, Saguaro is worked in turned rows to the underarm and then back and forth in rows after the split. Lovely design details like neck and shoulder shaping create a lovely fit, and seaming ensures a finished piece with longevity. We went cool and neutral for the sample, but we hope to see many vibrant and unexpected color combos in Mojave! Stay tuned for our own swatching combos!
