The Westport Pullover by MJ Wilms is an allover cable knit pullover and is completely inspired by the classic Irish Aran knit sweaters. It has the look of a pullover than is meant to be worn when wandering around the Irish countryside, yet has the spirit of a hard-wearing work garment due to the chosen yarn. The pullover is worked top-down and in the round once the front and back are joined. The construction is a modified dropped shoulder, with short-row shoulder shaping for a more modern fit.

Kate and Courtney met while working in a local yarn store in Philadelphia, PA; Courtney was a new mom and Kate was in her final year of grad school. Together they founded Kelbourne Woolens at Kate's kitchen table, and have been working side by side ever since.
