These socks are worked in the round from the top down. The pattern calls for double-pointed needles (DPNs), but you may choose whichever method of working in the round on a small circumference that you prefer.
The pattern is written and charted for two sizes, Chart A is a 6” (15.5 cm) leg circumference and Chart B is 7” (18 cm) leg circumference; use the correct chart for whichever size you are knitting. The ribbing pattern is very accommodating and stretchy.
