Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from our Philadelphia headquarters in the order in which they are received. We ship Monday through Friday and do our best to ship same-day, although it may take 1-3 business days during busy periods. Orders received after 3 pm ET are considered received on the following business day.

Email confirmations are sent upon receipt of order, as well as upon shipment. The shipment email contains a tracking number. Please refer to your order number if you need to communicate with us. We offer UPS or USPS for domestic shipments.

We do not have additional information regarding tracking beyond what is shown via the provider. We allow 30 days after shipment before we are considering a package lost.

Shipping rates are determined based on size and weight of order, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All rates reflect the most efficient and cost effective options.

Additional duty and taxes may be owed at time of delivery on international orders, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
