Refund policy

Returns

Returns of tagged, unwound yarn in original condition from a smoke-free environment will be accepted within 30 days of date of original purchase. Once received and processed, a refund for the purchase price of the cost of goods will be issued.

We cannot accept returns on books, patterns, needles, or notions.

We offer a variety of return options to ensure your convenience. You must indicate what option works best for you when initiating return requests.

• Refund: A full refund issued to your original payment method.
• Store Credit: Receive a store credit for the returned item(s) purchase price.
• Exchange: Exchange for a different color.

We cannot refund shipping costs or cover the cost of shipping returns back to us. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Out of Stock items: For out of stock/oversold inventory items we will contact you to offer a replacement if possible. Refunds will be issued within 24 hours once you are notified an item is unavailable. 

Sale items: All sale items are Final Sale. If a sale item is oversold and out of stock we will automatically refund the item(s) and ship the remainder of your order. 

Exchanges

Exchanges of tagged, unwound yarn in original condition from a smoke-free environment will be accepted within 30 days of date of original purchase.

Sale items, needles, notions, soak wash, and books are all ineligible for exchange.

Shipping

Unless we have made an error, we cannot refund shipping costs. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
