Orders are shipped from our Philadelphia headquarters in the order in which they are received. We ship Monday through Friday and do our best to fill orders on the day they are received, although it may take 1-3 business days during busy times. Orders received after shipping closes at 4 pm ET are considered to have been received on the following business day.
Email confirmations are sent upon receipt of order, as well as upon shipment. The shipment email contains a tracking number. Please refer to your order number if you need to communicate with us. We offer UPS or USPS for domestic shipments.
Please Note: USPS delays are currently impacting all shipments. Packages may take longer to arrive than usual. We do not have additional information regarding tracking beyond what is shown via the provider. We are allowing 30 days after shipment before we are considering a package lost.
Shipping rates are determined based on size and weight of order, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All rates reflect the most efficient and cost effective options.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns of tagged, unwound yarn in original condition within 45 days of date of original purchase. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the cost of goods once we receive the item back in our warehouse. We cannot refund shipping costs or cover the cost of shipping returns back to us.
If you receive the wrong item or are missing an item please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will happily do our best to remedy the situation.
For exchanges, you are responsible for shipping costs to send the exchange back to us, and we will cover the shipping cost of sending a new item back. Please notify us if you would like to exchange an item at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, items you would like to exchange, and reason for exchange.
