• International shipping and custom times have been double what they were pre-pandemic.

Lucky Tweed: Most colors are out of stock. A reorder shipped in mid-January. An additional reorder is scheduled to ship in early March.

BC Garn
BC Garn inventory has been affected by mill closures. We are working closely with BC Garn to maintain as much inventory as possible. Orders arrive every 4-6 weeks with whatever colors/yarns are available.

SHIPPING and OFFICE INFORMATION

• Kate, Courtney, and Mike are all fully vaccinated. We are working together in the office as much as our schedules permit.
• If you need to contact us, email is best: info@kelbournewoolens.com. Please understand that we may not be able to get back to you with our usual promptness. If you send in an order and do not hear back with email confirmation within 72 hours, please re-send the order, as there is a very good chance we did not receive it. Please refrain from calling and leaving voicemail outside of office hours; it has been difficult to stay on top of messages. Please do not leave orders on the voicemail. 

WHOLESALE ORDERING

• You may order online via our new wholesale site, via email, or through a sales rep. The wholesale site has accurate, up to date inventory information. Please continue to refrain from leaving orders on our voicemail.
• For a wholesale account login, please fill out the form here.
• If you need to order with terms, please order through Faire. It is easy and quick platform, and if you’re new to Faire you will get $100 credit to shop our store!
• Unless an order is sent in for ASAP delivery, we will notify you before shipping. If you have backorders on file, we will not auto-ship without your approval.

• If you have sale or special event info, new designs, or anything else related to KW on your site, please email us and we’ll share it on our social media platforms.
