Forget the showers, bring on the flowers!
It’s the third Tuesday of the month, which means it’s time for the April Hat in our Year of Hats series. This month Courtney decided she’s had enough of the gray skies and cold, so she made her own flowers until the real ones show up in a few more weeks.
If this is your first time coming across our Year of Hats series, we are releasing a new, free hat pattern made in our Germantown yarn every month. Each month we feature a hat with a new technique and this month’s hat is no exception!
Courtney’s hat features faux cabled and twisted rib stitch brim and a fun flower stitch created with the help of a crochet hook. We’ve made a quick, no-frills tutorial for the flower stitch:
If you want to join in on the fun check out our participating stockists here and give them a call to reserve your kit.
