Year of Hats: November Hat

I haven’t been able to walk the dogs without a hat to keep my ears cosy, which is how I know fall has officially arrived in Philadelphia. Hats - arguably one of the most useful fall accessories - are perfect for fall knitting, wearing, and gifting! The November Hat by Meghan Kelly is a cute little topper that features twisted stitches, bobbles, cables, and lace! Clever decreases shape the crown, and as always, it is topped with a dense pom pom. (Meghan, hands down, wins the award for best pom poms. Even though she’s a fancy professor now, we still beg her to make them for us!) As with previous months, we’ve assembled a kit for the November Hat, which includes: • 1 skein of Germantown in rhododendron • 2 butterflies of Perennial in natural and black • 1 Kelbourne Woolens custom leather label Head over to our online shop to purchase, or ask for one at your local LYS! Happy hat knitting!
