There have been quite a few recently published garment designs in The Fibre Co. yarns that are worth bringing to your attention – and surely some of you with more free time than I could manage to whip one up for a friend or loved one as a gift??
Charles Pullover: Michelle Wang / Wool.Studio, Volume III
The 3rd Wool Studio was just released, and this time the issue is ten pieces all by designer Michelle Wang. A menswear-inspired collection, she designed this lovely oversized turtleneck, Charles in The Fibre Co. Arranmore in the color Brannagh.
Mount Lorne Pullover: Andrea Cull / Interweave Knits Winter 2018
Newish designer Andrea Cull skillfully combined modern styling with classic patterning in her Mount Lorne Pullover from Interweave Knits Winter 2018. Designed using The Fibre Co. Cumbria, the end result is a gorgeous yoke pullover with limitless color combination possibilities!
Eira Pullover: Linda Marveng / Knit.Wear Fall/Winter 2017
Another classic beauty in The Fibre Co. Cumbria, Linda Marveng designed the Eira Pullover for the Fall/Winter 2017 Knit.Wear. I have been binge watching Season 1 of The Crown before starting Season 2, and there is something to perfectly 50’s about this classic fitted waist-length sweater. It would look so good with one of Elizabeth’s fit and flare dresses!
Tensho Pullover: Beatrice Perron Dahlen / Sumi Knits
Designer Beatrice Perron Dahlen‘s latest collection, Sumi Knits, is a continuation of her featured collection from Knitscene Fall 2016. Beatrice was inspired by Tenshō Shūbun, a 14th century artist when she designed this gorgeous geometric yoke sweater, the Tensho Pullover, again in The Fibre Co. Cumbria.
Which one is your favorite??
