Independent Designer Feature: Chilkat Cowl by Rosemary Hill

Rosemary Hill just released a new cowl pattern, Chilkat. Originally designed for an Alaska knitting cruise that she taught on in June, the cowl is now available for purchase!

In her words: “the Chilkat cowl is a lace skill builder with jogless stripes and a knitted on edging. Because it’s lacy, the cowl is extra long so that the folds of knitting will trap air and keep your neck warm.” 

We love the little details, like the drawstring cording, gradation of stripes, and simple but beautiful lace.

The cowl is designed for 3 colors of The Fibre Co. Road to China Light. With the variety of jewel tones and stunning neutrals in the line, the color combinations are endless!
