A followup to her Madder Anthology 2 – Simple Pleasures, Carrie Hoge just released Simple Pleasures spring/summer, a collection of lighter garments in the same simple and clasic style as the 2nd anthology.
Her design in the collection featuring Canopy Fingering is Lydell, a lovely t-shirt with a short-row shirt tail hem, short-row shaping at the shoulders, a scoop neck, and garter edges.
Finished Measurements: 31½ (34½, 37½, 40½, 43¾, 46¾, 49¾, 53, 56)” bust measurement, after seaming. Shown in size 34½” with ½” positive ease
Yarn: Canopy Fingering, 5 (6, 6, 7, 7, 8, 9, 9, 10) skeins in Cloud Forest
Needles: 1 pair straights in size US 3 3.25 mm and US 4 3.5 mm, 1 – 16” circular in size US 3 3.25 mm, 1 set of dpns in size US 3 3.25 mm, Or size to obtain gauge
Notions: Stitch markers, Stitch holders or waste yarn, Tapestry needle.
Gauge: 26 sts and 34 rows = 4” in St st with larger needle.
