She’s done! I looked back in Instagram, and my first post about the KAL was way back in the beginning of September! Admittedly, the sweater itself (Amanda by Lene Holme Samsoe) has been finished for about 2 weeks, but it took three tries to get some decent photos taken! (Ah winter, why are you so gloomy and sad?)
The whole process of participating in the KAL was tons of fun – I absolutely loved knitting a sweater for myself, and the teaching components that went along with the KAL were really enjoyable.
Panel Contributions:
• How to Knit and Measure a Cable Swatch
• Why I am on “Team Seam”
• Cabling without a Cable Needle
• Increasing while working in pattern
• Modified Neck Shaping
• My beloved Mattress Stitch
To finish off my participation in the KAL, Karen and I did a little interview. You can see it here!
Thank SO MUCH, Karen, for hosing the KAL and introducing so many knitters to the joy of cables and sweater knitting!
