The May Day Mystery Knit-a-Long wrapped up last weekend when the final clue was issued, and we are so happy to share some finished projects! The MKAL is always a good time, and if you haven’t done one yet we hope you’ll join us next Spring when we do it all over again. We always try to make the clues informative and interesting, and both this year’s MKAL and last year’s MKAL (the Meadowsweet Shawl) are designed to be mini-workshops. Each clue teaches the knitter a new technique, and there is a lot of info about gauge, swatching, reading charts and more. If you are an LYS owner, these shawls make a great class — the pattern is basically your 6 week syllabus! You can read all about this year’s shawl, and each of it’s techniques, on our Ravelry board.

You can now purchase the full pattern complete with pictures and tutorials here. Thanks for knitting-a-long!
