Authored by Lisa Shroyer, Free Spirit Shawls is a book of 20 shawls featuring unique construction, interesting design elements and detailed instructions about the myriad of construction options offered.
Kate’s contribution to the book is Glen Lennox, a sweet little shawl knit out of Organik in arctic tundra.
Glen Lennox is constructed from edge to edge: you cast-on at one tip, increase to the center, then decreases are worked to the other end. This technique is especially great as it ensures you can use up every speck of yarn as you know your exact halfway point in the knitting!
