Phyllis is a vintage inspired pullover, perfect for pairing with your favorite jeans and long-sleeved tee, or go back in time and dress it up with a smart tweed skirt and sensible heels.
Phyllis is worked in pieces from the bottom up. The front and back are is worked in Old Shale Stitch with a seed stitch hem and yoke. The sleeves are picked up after seaming and finished with seed stitch edges. When working the sleeve hem and neck finishing, visit our tutorial on Perfectly Picked Up Stitches to ensure sleeve cuffs that do not wave or stretch along the armholes.
