Brick and Mortar Appreciation Program: Honey Hollow

At Kelbourne Woolens we are always trying to find new ways to support our stockists, your Local Yarn Shop. LYS's are the lifeline of the knitting community. They stock your favorite yarns, untangle your skeins, help you when you've dropped a stitch, and knit samples for you to try on. The online knitting community is vibrant, and vital, but we wouldn't have it without our LYS's.

To say "Thank you," to our stockists we've instituted a new program, the Brick and Mortar Appreciation Program. Each month we'll be featuring a new design that will be available EXCLUSIVELY through participating LYS's. No online downloads, only hard copies available from your favorite shop (who also carries the Fibre Company yarns).

November's pattern, Honey Hollow, uses four skeins of Terra in the color African Violet in a lovely and simple lace shawl. The Honey Hollow shawl is named for the beautiful farm in Bucks County, PA where it was photographed.

We also wanted to give a brief shout out to the awesome stockists and knitters from last month's BAMAP pattern, Gwyneth! Check out some of these awesome Gwyneth hats that were shared with us on Ravelry from Nicole728, Sashadanae, Swiftmiss and Elgatodicemeow.
